SHIPPING/PROCESSING POLICY

Please be advised there is a processing time of 3-5 business days on all orders. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday excluding holidays. We use this time to ensure that every product is of great quality once received from our vendors. The processing period begins once you receive your confirmation. Once the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created and an email will be sent you with the tracking number. Shipping times in the United States is 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind delays may occur during holidays and sales periods.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

Please be advised that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued. Lashes cannot be resold after being handled or worn. This is the reason all sales are final. We will only accept returns if you have received the wrong item.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages nor will the order be replaced. All packages come with tracking information and USPS keeps their system updated with the location of your package. If you will not be available on the day the package is expected to arrive, please proceed to the USPS website to assist with customizing the delivery. Please go to www.USPS.com to request changes.
